The Skinart course is delivered online, allowing learners across Samoa to study eyebrow, eyeliner and lip-blush principles, skin, machines, needle cartridges, pigments, hygienic working practices, consultation and aftercare.
Online theory does not by itself authorise anyone to perform permanent makeup. Before working with clients, check the practical training, assessment, registration, insurance and premises requirements that apply in your part of Samoa.
